SUBSTANCE: invention describes new compounds of 2-aminocarboxylic acid substituted with 5-arylisoxazole-4-yl of the general formula (I) where A means a bond or the space group C_1-6-alkylene; B means -CH(NH₂) or the group of the formula (II) ; E means O, COO, O(CH₂)_n-COO (where n - a whole number from 1 to 6) or 5-tetrazolyl; D means O; R₁ means phenyl, naphthyl, thienyl, benzothienyl, pyridyl, oxazolyl, thiazolyl, pyrazolyl, triazolyl, tetrazolyl, quinolinyl or furyl, or phenyl, thienyl, pyrazolyl, triazolyl, tetrazolyl, pyridyl or furyl substituted with one or two substituents taken among the group including halogen atom, C_1-6-alkyl or trifluoro- -methyl at condition that if A means methylene, B means the group -CH(NH₂)-COOH, E means O, D means O and R₁ means phenyl or phenyl substituted with halogen atom then the indicated compound is in the form of the pure enantiomer; or pharmaceutically acceptable salt of these compounds.
