FIELD: biologically disintegrated molded articles based on vegetable fibrous materials integrated into matrix, at least, from thermoplastically processed biogenic material converted into gel-molten state at high temperatures and pressure, and methods of their manufacture. SUBSTANCE: thermoplastic molded article is made, mainly, by extrusion of molding material based on particles of, at least, one fibrous vegetable material introduced into matrix from, at least, one biopolymer forming gel-melt at high temperature and pressure, and subsequent molding under conditions of expansion inhibition. Conditions of expansion inhibition are created by adding to molding material of, at least, one salt, and/or, at least, one polyatomic alcohol, and/or by molding of gel-melt at temperature of water boiling under given reaction conditions or below, and/or by reducing of gel-melt flow rate in course of molding, and/or by increase of cross-sections of holes for extrusion of gel- melt in molding. Molded article is in form of compact, thick product with water content of 3-18 wt.% and, mainly, having no pores. Particles of vegetable fibrous material, mainly, of wood and/or cellulose are 0.05-35 mm long and, at least, partially, are impregnated with one resin acid. Biopolymer forming gel-melt is taken from group including starch, protein, lignin, hemicellulose, dextrin, pectin and/or chitin. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 36 cl
