FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining capillary blood erythrocyte sedimentation rate under the influence of β-adrenoblocking properties of obsidane (propanolol) taken in 1×10-9 g/ml concentration when added to 5% sodium citrate solution applied for determining blood erythrocyte sedimentation rate under condition the initial blood erythrocyte sedimentation rate being greater than 10 mm/h. When added, obsidane causes blood erythrocyte sedimentation rate drop in cases of normal β-adrenoreactitvity. Beta-adreno-dependant blood erythrocyte sedimentation rate being 85-95% of control blood erythrocyte sedimentation rate, erythrocyte adrenoreactitvity is to be assessed as moderate(normal) one. Beta-adreno-dependant blood erythrocyte sedimentation rate being greater than 95%, erythrocyte adrenoreactitvity is to be assessed as reduced one. The case of less than 85% is to be assessed as raised one. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in setting early stage diagnosis, prevented premature birth; enhanced accuracy in determining degree of readiness to birth. 1 dwg
