FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: method for blood erythrocytes M-cholinoreactivity determination includes taking blood (0.2 ml) from a human or an animal, preparation of an atropine solution at a concentration of 0.4 mg/ml, blood sample incubation in a hypoosmotic medium in the absence (control sample) and presence of atropine in a final concentration of 15×10-6 mg/ml (test sample), determination of the optical density of sample supernatant, calculation of M-cholinoreactivity value as the percentage by which the hemolysis in the test samples is lower than in the control samples.

EFFECT: method is universal, technically simple, allows to carry out measurements and observe indicator dynamics in the same organism in different functional states and under experimental influences, to obtain reliable results.
