FIELD: medicine, laboratory diagnosis. SUBSTANCE: method involves determination of erythrocyte physical-chemical properties by effect of β--adrenoblocking agent propranolol (obsidan, anaprilin) that is added to analyzed citrate blood in vitro. Alternations of erythrocytes physical-chemical properties are determined by decrease of erythrocyte precipitation rate which is assayed by conventional procedure under condition that the parent value is above 10 mm/h. Assay is carried out in the presence of β--adrenoblocking agent obsidan taken at the range of concentrations 1 x 10-5, 1 x 10-6-1 x 10-13 g/ml. Adrenoreactivity is estimated to be moderate (normal) if β--adrenodependent erythrocyte precipitation rate value is 60-80% of control, at 80% - as a decreased one and at 60% - as an increased one.
