SUBSTANCE: method involves determining oxidation index of isopropanol-soluble lipid peroxidation products in exhaled air condensate, recording the level of isopropanol-soluble lipid peroxidation products in exhaled air condensate, calculating functional state indexes of circulating human neutrophiles by means of empirically built equations. The isopropanol-soluble lipid peroxidation products contents being less than 0.18 for primary products and less than 0.26 for secondary products when compared to normal values, inflammation process in bronchopulmonary system is to be diagnosed.
