SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with clinico-biochemical and laboratory methods of diagnostics. For selecting teenagers into the risk group on the development of respiratory pathology it is necessary to detect the level of average molecules in urine (LAM), surface (PA) and collagenase activity (CA) of expired air vapors condensate (EAC). In case if LAM values are not less than 10% and CA EAC not less than 15% higher, and SA EAC value is not less than 10% lower against the levels of these parameters in healthy teenagers such a teenager should be selected into the risk group.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of detection.
