SUBSTANCE: method for concentrating expired moisture condensate up to achievement the sensitivity threshold of commercial sets used for carrying out immunoenzyme analysis involves lipophilic drying the condensate of expired moisture at room temperature for 6 h followed by dilution with buffered physiological solution in 4-5-fold reduced volume as compared with the parent one and stabilization with bovine serum albumin up to final concentration 1%. Proposed method provides determination of low concentrations of immunobiochemical markers in condensate of expired moisture. EFFECT: improved assay method. 3 tbl
