FIELD: precision instruments. SUBSTANCE: spatial accelerometer has spherical sensitive mass, unit of electromagnetic coils, eight-channel position transmitter ( with two channels per each of four measurement axes ) and electric circuit. Proposed accelerometer operates without initial currents in power coils of suspension, accelerometer provides for stability of system controlling suspension of sensitive mass and for abrupt enlargement of working dynamic range. EFFECT: enlarged dynamic range of acceleration measurement, provision for operation both on the Earth and in space, simplified design of accelerometer, reduced dimensions, mass and energy consumption achieved thanks to approach that minimizes electric circuit. 2 dwg, 2 tbl
