FIELD: measurement technology; measurement of motion of measuring center of inertial mass of sensitive elements of instruments where magnetic or electrostatic suspension is used. SUBSTANCE: expotential processes of charge and discharge of electrode capacitances directed to opposite sides are created at opposite electrodes of meter by means of pulse generator in form of meander and inverter. Signal from each electrode is furnished to respective peak detector. Time constant is set to be equal to duration of transient process. EFFECT: possibility of obtaining output measuring signals separately for each electrode; increased conversion coefficient; reduced mass and overall dimensions. 2 dwg
