FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and can be used for measuring ion concentration of atmospheric air. Essence of the invention lies in the fact that a linear vacuum accelerometer comprises a frame with inertial mass made in the form of a sealed vacuum bulb containing a filament, a cathode in the form of a metal plate, and 2M anode grids. On the inertial mass there is a switching grid with the possibility of free passage through 2M anode grids when moving the inertial mass. Heating source is connected to the filament, a switching voltage source is connected to the switching grid, and to 2M anode grids are connected 2M voltage sources of anode grids and 2M resistors, which through comparators are connected to the key.

EFFECT: higher precision of acceleration measurement.
