SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optical-television observation and measuring devices. The periscope has an optical arrangement, which consists of a sighting prism, an objective lens and a transmitting optical system. The optical system is interfaced with the eyepiece assembly. The objective lens projects the observed image in a television receiver. A video viewing device is placed in the eyepiece assembly and is linked to the eyepiece through an additional objective lens.
EFFECT: wider operational capabilities of the periscope due to rapid observation and analysis of surroundings.
