External surface of flat heater 6 of each flattener 5 is covered with heat-resistant insulator and layer 8, which is made from material which reflects at least 90-95% of radiation. Ratio of flatteners height H to their width B conforms to condition 0,5<H/B<1,5; ratio of width B to distance between flatteners t is in range of 5≤B/t≤18, ratio of flattener's surface area FB to heater's surface area fH is in range of 5<FB/fH<15,. Ratio of height of flattener H to distance h from floor to lower exit section is in range of 3,5<H/h<35.
