Ripper tine is made inclined and equipped with double-faced blade positioned on front part and adapted for intensive ground deformation and with removable chisel positioned on end remote from mounting part. Chisel is made in the form of removable cone with beveled top part adapted for destructing of soil crumbles. Covering roller is made integral and provided with equally spaced projections.
