FIELD: food processing.
SUBSTANCE: method provides a purification of the raw product of the metallomagnetic additives, heating and further stabilising of the enzymatic activity by mixing the raw product with the stabiliser, cooling, air preparation in the heat pump device for product heating and cooling, with the subsequent fan delivery into the closed recirculation cycle. The air in the closed recirculation cycle is first delivered, after heating the product, into the cyclone, for purification from the suspended solid particles, then cooled in the heat-transfer device-recuperator and sent for condensing, into the two-sectional evaporator of the heat pump device where the operating and standby sections effect in condensing and regenerating modes, correspondingly. Then, the air is supplied to product cooling and is heated with the following supplying to the heating chamber; at that, the product's consumption, temperature and humidity, the stabiliser's consumption, air specific humidity, cooling agent's and air consumption and temperature are measured.
EFFECT: precise and reliable control of process of stabilising of enzymatic activity phytogenous of oil-bearing products and realisation of non-waste technology.
