FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. According to the proposed method drying is performed in oscillating modes as per asymmetrical scheme of oscillation by way of alternating intervals of heating in a fluidised layer and cooling with air with humidity content 0.006…0.007 kg/kg in a dense filtering layer. The ratio of heating and cooling intervals is 2:1. After each interval of the product heating one adds Endox antioxidant. The air temperature and rate in the first interval of heating are correspondingly equal to 350…352 K and 6.5…7.0 m/s, in every subsequent interval of heating the air temperature rises by 4...5 K while its rate falls in 0.15…0.2 m/s. The air temperature and rate in cooling intervals are constant and maintained at a level of 288…290 K and 1.8…2.0 m/s respectively. Drying is performed till rape seeds moisture content is 8.0…8.3%.
EFFECT: method allows to increase effectiveness of the product stabilisation process, increase total microbiological population, intensify and reduce energy consumption during the original product treatment process and increase rape seeds storage life.
