Then, one more hole of small diameter is made below said hole, and radial to it, and beyond cyst projection. Installed in these holes is nonclosed U-shaped bracket, in form of trough, made of metal with shape memory, to cover bone section between holes, with opening part facing outward to connect cyst hollow with subarachnoidal and subaponeurotic spaces. EFFECT: higher efficiency of treatment due to provision of constant drainage of liquor from cyst and reduced injury of surgical access. 5 dwg
