FIELD: respiratory diseases. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treating respiratory diseases by means of air medium containing sodium chloride particles. When treating bronchial asthma with predominant infection-dependent treatment component and chronic obstructive bronchitis, different sodium chloride concentrations are applied depending on forced expiration volume per 1 sec. When this index is below 60%, treatment course comprising 18-21 actions with 1.0-3.0 mg/cu.m sodium chloride concentration is administered, and when above index is higher than 60%, sodium chloride concentrations are 3.0 to 5.0 mg/cu.m with the same number of actions.
