PLANT FOR MANUFACTURE OF VESSELS FROM PLASTIC Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: equipment for manufacture of vessels from plastics. SUBSTANCE: plant has bed carrying motor of turning type, kinematic drive in form of two similar folding units parallel to each other. Mounted also on bed are immovable frames and movable plates with molds located on opposite sides from motor of turning type and blowing unit. Motor is located vertically between frames and mounted is suspended state by means of plain bearings of guide shafts. Shafts are located in horizontal plane, on both sides of motor. Plant has draw unit forming single module together with blow unit in form of sealing cylinder, draw air cylinder and blow head mounted on body of draw air cylinder. EFFECT: reduced overall dimensions, simplified assembly and installation, higher operate reliability and unification of separate units, and reduced cost of plant. 1 cl, 2 dwg
