FIELD: building materials industry; methods and the devices for preparation of the raw mix for production of the non-autoclave foamed concrete.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the building materials industry and may be used for production of the non-autoclave foamed concrete used for manufacture of the blocks and boards in the stationary conditions, and also for slushing of the envelopes and framings of the buildings and structures of the residential, civil and industrial assignment. The technical result of the invention is the improved quality of the foamed concrete at simplification of its production process. In the method of preparation of the raw mix for production of the non-autoclave foamed concrete containing the foaming agent, the polymeric modifying agent from the group of the active colloids and the activated mortar produced by mixing the cement, the technological additive and the water with the subsequent activation of the mortar. As the technological additive use the inorganic additive capable to react with Са(OH)2, and-or the filamentary additive. In the activated mortar they introduce the modifying agent, and then add the foaming agent in advance prepared foam at the following contents of the components (in mass %): the cement - 50-70, the polymeric modifying agent - 0.5-1.5, the indicated inorganic component - 0-20, the filamentary additive - 0-8, the foaming agent - 0.44, the water - the rest. At that as the indicated modifying agent they introduce sodium polyacrylate or the sterene-acrylate dispersion, either the polyvinylacetate dispersion, or the carboxymethylcellulose. As the indicated inorganic additive introduce the siliceous puzzolanas with addition of the sodium silicates with the modulus from 1.5 up to 2.5 at the contents of the sodium silicates from 5.0 up to 15.0 mass % from the mass of the puzzolana or the granulated blast-furnace slag containing up to 50 mass % of the two-aquatic gypsum, or the calcium carbonate containing up to 30 % of the three-calcium aluminate hydrate, and as the filamentous additive - the polyacrylic filaments with the length of the filaments from 4 up to 24 mm. The device used for production of the raw mix for preparation of the non-autoclave foam concrete contains the tank for production of the indicated raw mix, the devices for delivery of the compressed air and the foam, the located in the tank driving shaft with the fixed on it activator made with the capability to organize the ascending and descending streams of the mixture. On the internal surface of the tank along its perimeter at the angle of 45 up to 90° to its generatrix there are mounted the deflecting shields for inhibition of the mixture. At that the activator is made out of the metallic rods consolidated at the lower part of the shaft. At that the metallic rods form the parabolic curve, and also may be detachable.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the improved quality of the foamed concrete at simplification of its production process.
