FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing an aqueous-alcoholic solution (proof is 40%) by mixing the rectified ethyl alcohol "extra" or "luks", its careful stirring and treatment with activated carbon. Preliminary sugar as a sugar syrup (65.8%) or an aqueous solution is divided for two parts. One part is mixed with the prepared kvass wort aromatic alcohol and other part - with birch buds aromatic alcohol. Mixtures are kept for 20-40 min and added to an aqueous-alcoholic solution successively. Vodka is stirred thoroughly, its proof is verified, corrected, kept for 10 h and poured at the control filtering. Components of vodka are used at the following ratio per 1 000 dal of vodka: sugar 11.8-12.2 kg; kvass wort aromatic alcohol 4.8-5.2 l and rectified ethyl alcohol and purified drinking water - the rest to obtain the proof 40%. Vodka has aromatic substances adsorbed by sugar and assimilated substances during the exposition. The combination of components gives barely detectable bread aroma and rum tone.
