SUBSTANCE: vodka "Taezhnaya" comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: sodium hydrocarbonate dissolved in purified water and filtered, 0.09-0.7 kg; birch buds aroma alcohol prepared from 0.07-0.5 kg of birch buds, 0.1-0.9 l; 65.8%-th sugar syrup, 16-19 l; rectified ethyl alcohol of the highest treatment and purified water, the balance, to the strength 40%. Proposed invention provides preparing vodka with higher organoleptic indices and to expand assortment of vodkas. The combination of features of the proposed invention provides softening taste of vodka and conferring to its harmonic taste with barely detecting violet in after tasting and aroma of sandalwood.
