FIELD: alcoholic drinks production industry. SUBSTANCE: according to method, blend is prepared by mixing ethyl rectified alcohol of "extra" grade and treated drinking water, blend is thoroughly stirred, strength is corrected, material is treated by activated carbon and filtered by passing through carbon-purification battery at filtering speed up to 40 dal/h for fresh carbon and up to 30 dal/h for regenerated carbon. Then, material is directed to maturing tank. Introduced into stirring or maturing tank is sugar in the form of water solution or in the form of 65.8% sugar syrup. Prior to that, sodium bicarbonate is solved in 2-3 l of softened water. Gradually introduced into solution at continuous stirring is citric acid and succinic acid. Solution is filtered and introduced into maturing tank. Here, vodka is thoroughly stirred, its strength is checked, it is subjected to final checking filtration, and vodka is bottled. Ingredients included in aforesaid grade of vodka are used in following proportioning, per 1000 gal of ready product: citric acid 0.1-0.2 kg, succinic acid 0.09-0.11 kg, sodium bicarbonate 0.29-0.31 kg, 65.8% sugar syrup 22.9-23.1 l, added to the balance to reach 40% strength of product is ethyl rectified alcohol of "extra" grade and treated drinking water. Application of aforesaid procedure and ingredients of selected proportioning allow for production of vodka possessing treatment-and-prophylactic properties together with reducing hangover syndrome.
