FIELD: railway repair and maintenance machinery and equipment. SUBSTANCE: machine has frame resting on railway trucks, working member installed on frame through supporting and turning device which is provided with one or two braking units. Each braking unit consists of lever with its one end being fastened to frame by means of bracket with wedge, brake shoe secured to middle part of lever, power cylinder secured to frame by means of second bracket and on lever, and tie-rod secured on same bracket and connected with second end of lever and located parallel to power cylinder. Spring is located parallel to tie-rod. Aforesaid wedge is intended for interaction with mating groove made in disk which is secured on supporting and turning device. Aforesaid embodiment of machine is distinguished by its high reliability. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 dwg
