FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this module is intended for highly efficient and intensive cleaning of lavatory in dwelling house or separate apartment from gases. Module is provided with lavatory pan. Internal space of pan is connected at one side with flush tank which is coupled to water supply network of house. At other side, internal space of lavatory pan is connected to sewerage system of house. Internal space of lavatory is communicated with ventilation shaft of house through ventilation opening. Main ventilation unit is made in the form of air duct which connects internal space of lavatory with ventilation shaft of house. This air duct has inlet section and outlet section. Installed between these two sections is exhaust fan. Additional ventilation unit has air duct. Inlet of this air duct is connected with upper rear part of internal space of lavatory pan, and outlet of this air duct is connected through space of exhaust fan with ventilation shaft of house. In aforesaid module, inlet section of air duct of main ventilation unit has at least two inlet units. These units are located symmetrically with respect to vertical plane of lavatory pan symmetry on lavatory wall behind pan at external side of line of projection to aforesaid wall of contour of pan cover in its open position. Installed at inlet of exhaust fan is bellmouth. Outlet of exhaust fan is connected with outlet section of main ventilation unit. Bore diameter of outlet section of air duct of main ventilation unit is equal to diameter of bellmouth outlet opening. Aforesaid embodiment of sanitary technical module is simple in design and manufacture. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 3 dwg
