FIELD: mass and weight measuring equipment. SUBSTANCE: proposed standard of mass is manufactured from substance of definite composition which measured volume includes volume of vacuum, particles of latent mass and approximately 1.0 cu. cm of particles of indirectly measured mass equal in known measures to 0.1 kg. Standard is manufactured from substance having density cm3 equal or less than density of iridium with little coefficient of volumetric expansion and having volume equal to or more than 4.46 cu.cm measured with required precision. Mass measuring device includes indication unit graduated and numbered with measure of mass specified by standard, transducer, time counter, aid creating force that provides for uniformly accelerated motion of measured mass by logic AND gate. Input of counter is connected to output of logic AND gate whose one input is coupled to source of signals of permanent frequency and whose second input is linked to transducer of time of measurement of change of measured mass by specified value. Its input element is transducer of two boundary values of speed. Indication unit is numbered in natural, volumetric or known measure of mass.
