FIELD: nuclear power engineering. SUBSTANCE: protective container has housing, and drawout part fitted in housing space. Tube jackets are found in holes of upper plate and diaphragms of drawout part. protective container is closed from top with sealing cover. Drawout part is provided with tube channel secured to it and designed for sucking out radioactive water from container bottom by vacuum suction method. Axis of channel is displaced relative to axis of container through 0.75-0.95 of radius of container inner space. Lower end face of tube channel is arranged over container bottom with clearance not exceeding inner radius of tube channel. Container lower flange is furnished with additional detachable flange tilled towards tube channel through angle of 1-4 degrees to drive radioactive water into container bottom corner at its removal by vacuum suction through tube channel with cover removed. EFFECT: provision of safety. 4 dwg
