FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to air cushion vehicles designed for moving on road and off-road with adequate buoyancy. Vehicle has platform with cab and salon, fan engine, aerodynamic propulsive device, air control surfaces, displacement body under platform, front and rear drive wheels and air cushion flexible guard with skirt made to skeg arrangement. Flexible guard and wheels are adjustable in height. Wheels are adjusted in height by means of suspension in form of lever and lift shock absorber. Front and rear flexible guards are in fact flaps adjustable in height. Flaps are made turnable for pressing to body. Inflatable additional bottles are placed between body bottom and flaps for horizontal displacement by means of rubber ropes. Side guard is formed by inflatable bottles adjustable in height and furnished with skirt and ridge. Skeg provided additionally with wing forms bay for accommodating bottle and skirt in retracted position. Skirt of flexible guard is fastened on skeg and wing and is secured on inflatable bottle by means of battens. EFFECT: possibility of adjustment of position of flexible guard and wheels of air cushion vehicle both relative to ground and to each other in height. 3 cl, 6 dwg
