SUBSTANCE: apparatus has prism-shaped reservoir with rounded corners. Reservoir is inclined for discharging protein fraction. Reservoir cover is formed as truncated cone and provided with guiding grooves extending along perimeter of base and adapted for condensate discharge. Cooling system is formed as jacket with inner rigidly attached plates for swirling coolant flow. Detachable mellowing mechanism is mounted for reciprocation. EFFECT: reduced duration of settlement process for settling of protein fraction and other solid suspension, improved sanitary conditions, reduced power consumption, provision for preventing condensate from getting into product and improved quality of product. 3 dwg
