SUBSTANCE: method includes incision of rear surface of ulna, incision middle corresponds to radius neck; formation in it of lateral channel through a part of tendon of musculus triceps brachii is pulled, whose proximal end is pulled under skin to interosseal space of bones of forearm, and in form of loop is brought round radius neck; fixing of autotransplant, after pulling through lateral channel to bone to prevent contracture of joint and to preserve radius neck.
