SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, it can be used for open setting of the radial bone head at its dislocation in children with an old anteromedial dislocation. The joint capsule is dissected transversely from the outside into the depth of the wound to the level of the coronal process of the ulna. Then the head and neck of the radial bone are covered with the formed flap. The dislocation is set and pulled in the dorsal side with the retention of the head in its natural place. Next, the head is temporarily immobilized with a Kirschner for a period of 3 weeks.
EFFECT: method provides for creation of the ligamentous apparatus of the radial bone head from its own tissue by using anterior wall of the elbow joint capsule.
