FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming access to humerus and ulnar bones, building canals therein, pulling autotransplant through the canals its attaching to the bone following. A part of tendon of the musculus triceps brachii is used as autotransplant which flap is produced by making additional incision along the posterior surface of the inferior one third of the arm. Canal building and pulling tendon flaps through them is carried out in series with brachial and ulnar bones to be accessed. The elbow articulation is opened from behind when the forearm is bent. Canal is built in the humerus from ulnar to coronary fossa and the tendon flap is pulled through. Then, transverse incision is carried out in the ulnar fossa and horizontal canal is created in the ulnar bone through which the proximal end of the flap is pulled and attached to back surface of the ulnar bone. EFFECT: prevented dislocation recurrence.
