FIELD: medicine, dermatology, oncology. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes administration of prospidin with the preliminary enhancement of microcirculation to the lymphosystem site for treatment of patients with Kaposi's sarcoma idiopathic type. Then prospidin is administrated by lymphotropic route at the dose 50-150 mg each other day, 10-15 injections per a treatment course. Additionally the preparation of recombinant interferon "Viferon" is administrated by rectal route at the dose 500 000 IU, 2 times per a day for 30 days. Proposed method ensures to obtain the prolonged remission that exceeds by 6-7 times remission after treatment by the known procedures.
