FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals predominantly with ulcerous and metatypical forms of basal-cellular cancer. It includes the detection of central intraepidermic area of lesion focus and introduction of reaferon there at the quantity per 1500000 - 2000000 U at tumor size being up to 2 sq. cm or at the quantity per 2000000 - 3000000 U at tumor size being above 2 sq. cm. Moreover, one should additionally introduce viferon rectally per 500 U and viferon gel onto lesion focus and along the perimeter around this focus for 1-2 cm. Course consists of 7-11 procedures. The suggested method enables to improve therapy due to no contraindications and complications in the form of hemorrhages, scars and relapses. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 2 ex
