FIELD: agriculture and forestry, and protection of lithosphere. SUBSTANCE: activated carbon is impregnated with solution of inorganic salts, dried and introduced into soil. Impregnation solution is aqueous solution of inorganic salts: CuSO4, ZnCl2, H3BO3, MgCl2 and Mn(NO3)2 with total concentration of 12 wt %. Impregnation of carbon is carried out at impregnation coefficient from more than 0.8 to 1.0. Method makes it possible to increase effectiveness of restoration of fertility of soils due to prolonged leaching of microelements from porous structure of activated carbon and active sorption of toxic remnants of pesticides and other xenobiotics freed by sorption centers of porous structure of carbon. EFFECT: improved restoration method. 3 ex, 1 tbl
