FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: described are triplatinum (II) complexes of general formula I: wherein X, Y, Z and T are neutral and/or ligands which are the same or different provided that at least one of X, Y or Z at each Pt (b) must be anionic ligand; A is bridge diamine agent NH2-(CH2)s-NH2-, n is fuel charge of coordination triplatinum spheres; P is one or more counterions which are present or are not present depending on the fact whether coordination triplatinum spheres have common charge, m is number of counterions and is equal to integer of 0 to 2 inclusive. Also described is method of preparing triplatinum complexes. Due to the presence of there coordination triplatinum spheres in the claimed triplatinum complexes, the latter allow for intensified cytotoxic activity as compared with mono- and bis-platinum complexes employed at present.
