FIELD: polymer production. SUBSTANCE: invention provides one-molecule cross-linked organopolysiloxane particles with chemically bound metal compounds having average diameter 5 to 200 nm. Particles are soluble to at least 1 wt % in at least one solvent selected from group including dichloromethane, pentane, acetone, ethanol, and water. At least 80% of particles have diameter differing no more than by 30% from average diameter.
