SUBSTANCE: invention describes new 11β-substituted 19-norsteroids of the general formula (I) where n = 5 or 6; R₁ and R₂ are similar or distinct, hydrogen atom, linear or branched C₁-C₈-alkyl radical that can be substituted with halogen atom, or R₁ is carbamoyl radical that can be monosubstituted with linear or branched C₁-C₈-alkyl radical or phenyl radical that can be substituted with halogen atom and R₂ is hydrogen, or R₁ and R₂ in common with nitrogen atom with which they bound form cyclic carbamide of the formula (II) where n = 2 or 3, or R₁ and R₂ form dialkyl-C₁-C₄-aminomethylene radical. Compounds of the formula (I) show glucocorticoid or an antiglucocorticoid, progestomimetic or an antiprogestomimetic, an androgenic or an antiandrogenic, an estrogenic or an antiestrogenic activity and can be as a part of pharmaceutical compositions.
