where R1 and R2 are similar of different C1-C12-alkyl; R3-L is methyl group; n = 2; R4 is C1-C12-alkyl; R5 - hydrogen atom, acyl C1-C12-group; wavy lines mean that asymmetric centers 17 and 20 can be independently each of other in R or S absolute configuration, or their acid-additive salts. Compounds of the formula (I) show strong affinity to sigma-receptors and activity with respect to calcium ions influx into spermatozoons.
