SUBSTANCE: the device consists of short double-cantilever purlins, tension bar between the purlins and a cross-arm; the purlins are mounted on the upper face of the supporting construction with employment of a levelling blanket of concrete or mortar with a thickness of not less than the required gap between the bracing cantilevers of the purlins and cross-arms, the purlins and cross-arms in the working condition are arranged at the same level in the plane of their engagement, the purlins and cross-arms are made of rolled stock, for example, of angle; a tension bar is provided for reduction of the anchoring area of the bay construction reinforcement by purlins; the purlin cantilevers and cross-arms get engaged by twisting the fastening nuts on coupling bolts with tension, thus the reinforcement device gets actuated.
