FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: reinforcing member used in pre-stressed bearing structures for covering and spanning bridges and also for industrial and civil buildings and structures has case with reinforcement pre-stress loss compensators made in the form of bent steel strips fastened to transversal anchor plates by their ends. Plates made of flexible plastic material with rigid supporting surfaces are fastened to end walls of case; additional bent strips are hinged to mentioned surfaces by their ends symmetrically to opposing convex surface, and are engageable with flexible plastic plates and with additional resilient member.
