FIELD: mechanical engineering; agriculture; transport; small-size internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: proposed internal combustion engine has fuel injection pump 1 with rack 2 providing metering out of fuel, centrifugal speed governor 3 coupled with bellcrank 4 installed on axle 5. First arm 6 of bellcrank 4 is connected with control rack 2, and second arm 7, through spring 8, is coupled with control lever 9. Bellcrank 4 is coupled with adjustable stop 10 through flexible link 11 secured on second arm 7. Flexible link 11 is made in form of bar of equal bending resistance. EFFECT: simplified design of engine, improved performance characteristic. 2 cl, 3 dwg
