FIELD: medicine, particularly, methods of pathomorphological examination of tissue of removed stomach in case of carcinoma. SUBSTANCE: method includes macroscopic and subsequent microscopic examinations. In this case, at least, two strips are cut out of removed stomach. Strips include, both visible changes on mucous membrane and adjacent parts of stomach wall with no visible changes of mucous membrane. These strips are divided into sections from one edge of resection to the other, marked, and microscopically successively examined is every piece. Base on obtained results is picture of germination of cancerous infiltrate to judge on spreading of tumor and process stages. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 6 dwg
