METHOD OF DIAGNOSIS OF MALIGNANT TUMORS Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: medicine, particularly, oncology; applicable in diagnosis of malignant tumors. SUBSTANCE: method includes taking of patient's venous blood; obtaining of blood serum; placing it in open vessel and drying in open air; removal of residual water in vacuum of 0.6 kPa at temperature of 110-130 C; examination by method of differential thermal analysis of dewatered and cooled to room temperature sample. For this purpose, sample is placed into chamber of differential thermal analysis unit and in atmosphere of inert gas, sample is, first cooled to temperature of minus 150 - minus 160 C and then heated to temperature of 160-170 C with registration, in this case, of relaxation transitions of sample within temperature interval of minus 160 to plus 170 C. Malignant tumor is diagnosed in cases when relaxation transitions with average temperatures of less than 0 C are present. EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnosis of malignant tumors, low traumatic and invasive, and express method, extended range of diagnosis of malignant tumors. 1 dwg
