FIELD: methods of artificial fertilization of animals. SUBSTANCE: method includes separation of mucous, combination with sperm and its assessment. Novelty consists in that separation of mucous is made from uterus neck during period of supposed insemination. Mucous is combined with sperm by laying of ejaculate onto mucous, hermetically packed and cultivated for 30-120 min at temperature of 37-37.5 C. Assessment is accomplished by taken sample from deep layers of cultivated fluid, taking into account of characteristics of mobility and velocity of motion of spermatozoids. EFFECT: ensured high results of fertilization.
