FIELD: veterinary medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves 0.2-0.5 ml of abdominal liquid added to the semen during defrosting thereof. Abdominal liquid maintains lipid, protein layer on mosaic structure's surface of cytoplasmic membrane of sperm cells, and contributes to quick and satisfactory re-crystallisation process. Liquid contains preventive cryogenic compounds that compensate for increase of dropped osmotic pressure in the direction of hypertonia, reduces equilibration period of defrosting, and stabilises cytologic content thus compensating for nutritious matters and energetic material.
EFFECT: invention can be used in artificial animal insemination.
