FIELD: biotechnology, veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: method involves detoxication of tuberculosis mycobacterium endotoxin with formalin, sorption on aluminium hydroxide and sterilization. Native cultural fluid of tuberculosis bovis mycobacterium at initial allergic activity 100 000 tuberculin units/1 ml is used as an endotoxin. Detoxication of cultural fluid is carried out with 0.25-0.3% formalin at 44-45 C for 7 days and sorption on 3-4% aluminium hydroxide gel adding at amount 25-30% to total volume and discarding 50-55% inactive supernatant. Anatoxin is used for specific prophylaxis of tuberculosis in animals. EFFECT: improved method of preparing. 2 tbl
