FIELD: veterinary science, microbiology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing allergens used for tuberculosis diagnosis in cattle. Tuberculosis mycobacteria of bovine type are cultured in synthetic medium. Biomass is sterilized under pressure 1 atm for 1.5-2 h up to isolation of 0.8-0.9 mg/ml of tuberculoprotein and an allergenic activity 70 000 T.U./ml followed by addition of demineralized water and an aqueous-temperature hydrolysis of biomass. Then cultural fluid is separated by filtration and demineralized water is added again to the obtained filtrate up to the preparation activity 50 000 T. U./ml. The yield of native tuberculin is up to 10 000 diagnostic doses/1 l synthetic medium. Invention ensures to retain the initial properties of allergen maximally and decrease the content of salt residue in the end product that ensures to avoid the stage of dialysis of cultural filtrate.
