FIELD: technological operations for releasing inner stresses of part blanks such as bearing races, sleeves, rods and so on. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of rigidly fixing distance between part support and ultrasonic oscillation source in order to provide in part stresses not exceeding elastic strength of part material; determining distance between support and oscillation source in depending upon oscillation amplitude, properties of part material, part dimensions, type of its support; repeating vibration treatment at shifting part around axis by arc length equal to 1/4 of elastic wave excited in part by means of ultrasonic oscillations. EFFECT: guaranteed absence of residual deformations of part and damage of its outer surface. 2 cl, 1 dwg
