FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing chromatographic system based on fluidized bed and having at least two layers of packing material defining circulation circuits; passing molasse solution through circulation circuits by supplying it to one layer; feeding eluting liquid to other layer; simultaneously selecting fraction or fractions of molasses in steady-state mode; repeating these procedures at least once during at least one cycle; providing recirculating of liquid in at least two circulation circuits during chromatography process. Each circulation circuit has its own profile of dry substances. Fractions separated from molasses are saccharose and/or betaine and residual liquid. Molasses fractionation is conducted with the usage of from three to six separate layers of packing material, with highly acid cation-exchange resin being used as packing material.
